How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team of 3 physicians and 6 APPs
* Call structure: None
* Practice setting: Mixed inpatient and outpatient coverage for Pediatric General Surgery and Pediatric Trauma
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Clinical Excellence: Drive high-quality surgical outcomes by managing patient histories, physical assessments, and diagnostic interpretations for both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
* Continuity of Care: Facilitate seamless transitions for pediatric patients via direct treatment management and coordination with an integrated referral network

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
