• Approximately 17,000 annual ED visits
• 15-bed Emergency Department
• 103 hospital beds
• 24 hours/day physician coverage
• 10 hours/day APC support
• Modern EMR with streamlined charting workflows
• Efficient staffing model focused on throughput and reducing physician burden
• Collaborative team environment with dependable specialty support
• Stable operational infrastructure and physician-focused leadership
• Low-volume, high-efficiency Emergency Department environment

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
