Centerpoint Medical Center is launching a new ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program and seeks a physician leader to serve in a unique dual-role position:

• Program Director (40%): Lead the development of the residency program, including curriculum, culture, accreditation milestones, and faculty recruitment.
• Assistant Designated Institutional Official (40%): Partner with the DIO and executive leadership to support GME operations, ACGME compliance, GMEC activities, and institutional strategic initiatives.
• Clinical Emergency Medicine (20%): Maintain an active clinical presence while focusing on leadership and educational responsibilities.

Qualified Candidates

• Board certified in Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of experience as core faculty, Associate Program Director, or Department Chair within an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Passion for graduate medical education, program development, and academic leadership
