• 12-hour shifts
• Mix of day and night shifts
• Days: 7a–7p, 8a–8p, 10a–10p, 11a–11p, 12p–12a
• Nights: 7p–7a
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexible scheduling required

The facility is seeking a Level 2 Emergency Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive emergency care across all age groups in a high-volume Emergency Department and Urgent Care setting. The physician will manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with appropriate specialty backup available.

• 200–230+ patients per day (combined ED & Urgent Care)
• 2.5–3 patients per hour expected
• 16–22 patients per physician depending on acuity
• 33 total beds
• 13 ED beds
• 20 ED Overflow beds
• Typical Emergency Department acuity
• Double physician coverage
• 24/7 in-house Pediatrician and Hospitalist
• Specialty backup available:
• Orthopedics
• STEMI call
• ENT
• Podiatry
• Nephrology (no inpatient dialysis)
• OB
• Behavioral Health
• MD or DO
• Active Oklahoma Medical License
• IMLC accepted to start
• Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible
• Emergency Medicine preferred
• Family Medicine board certification accepted with solid ED experience
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience
• Comfortable treating all ages and both acute and chronic conditions
• Proficient in Cerner Electronic Health Record
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage high patient volumes efficiently while maintaining quality care
• Collaborate with specialty consultants and inpatient teams
• Accurately document care in Cerner EHR
• Participate in shift-based emergency coverage including nights and weekends
