Quick Facts

• 24 shifts/month -- 12-hour shifts, day or night coverage
• Prefer 4 - 5 consecutive shifts per block
• 10 - 15 patients per shift
• Combined ED/UC setting
• Single coverage model
• Trauma procedures required
