As part of our continued growth, Optum is looking for Full-Time Gastroenterologist to join our specialty team in North Orange County. The Clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our Clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Highlights:

• Optum Clinic: Huntington Beach
• Clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Call Schedule: TBD
• Manage care for established patients and new consults, screenings and follow up appointments
• Perform procedures including colonoscopy and endoscopy, cancer checks
• Work with other Primary Care Physicians and Specialists
• Dedicate Medical Assistant for back-office support

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted CA Medical License
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• BC Internal Medicine
• BC in Gastroenterology
• Managed care background a plus
• EMR Proficient
• Excellent time management skills

For California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $437,580 to $659,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
