- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Infectious Disease fellowship
- Board Certified in Infectious Disease
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of Georgia

Compensation Details
Compensation is determined by FMV for Georgia. Base compensation + WRVU production model. In addition, other bonuses available.
