Dates: At least one Monday a.m.- Monday a.m. per month. Seeking two full-time providers.

Shift Info:

1. Inpatient On-Call Shift: 8a-8a, 24-hour
2. Outpatient Office Hours: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m
3. 2-3 days of clinic, AM or PM, flexible

Credentialing Timeframe: Min of 60 days from when the credentialing application is turned in

​

Job Details:

• Setting: Clinic and Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 10-25
• Must have familiarity with intravenous medications
• EMR: Epic
• Client Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and must have an active GA license or active IMLC
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
