Lutheran Medical Group – Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a fellowship-trained BC/BE Infectious Disease physician (MD/DO) to join an established practice.
Applicants should be patient-centered with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills and motivated to work collaboratively to expand an already thriving, well-established practice.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Inpatient rounding occurs in the morning, with clinic/outpatient work in the afternoon. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Direct ID consultation and management in adult inpatient and outpatient settings
- Organizational support in Infectious Disease issues
- Opportunities include general infectious disease, HIV/AIDS, as well as support of cardiovascular, orthopedics, oncology, and heart failure service lines
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary inpatient & outpatient clinical teams to ensure the best quality outcomes
