StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with an established, community-focused outpatient pediatric practice in central Alabama to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality care with strong work-life balance.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

  • 100% outpatient pediatric clinic
  • Average 30–40 patients per day
  • Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm; Friday half-day
  • No EMR complexity (paper charting environment)
  • In-house basic lab testing; hospital support for imaging and admissions
  • Patient mix: primarily Medicaid with commercial payers
  • Responsibilities include well visits, sick visits, immunizations, and preventive care
  • MD/DO required; Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
