RPG - Hospitalist (Family Med) - Cortez, CO

We are seeking a Core Physician to fulfill 7-10+ shifts a month as a 1099 contractor, on an ongoing basis.

New grads welcome (board certified or board eligible) Intubations and Central Lines Leading codes Rapid Responses Case logs required from the last 24 months

Location: Cortez, Colorado

• 24 hour in-house call shift coverage
• Details:
• ICU Beds: 4
• Acute Beds: 13
• Swing Beds: average 4/utilize within the 13 medsurg acute bed
• MED/PEDS experience OR Family Medicine with PEDS
• Acuity: Variable, Pneumonia, Sepsis, Weakness, DKA, Resp failure
• Volume:
• Max census: 20 (including Family birthing unit of 3 rooms)
• Minimum census: 2-4
• Average daily census: 8
• Average weekly admissions: 12-20 approx.
• Average daily discharges: 1-4
• Average LOS: Med Surg: 4 days
• EMR: Cerner
• Onsite Subspeciality Support: General Surgery, Anesthesia, Ortho, Podiatry, 24/7 OB Coverage
• Experience + Qualifications:
• New grads welcome (board certified or board eligible)

• Rapid Responses
