Overview

Our well–established neonatology group based in Cumberland, Maryland is seeking a per diem, experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist for one of the five NICUs they cover which is affiliated with Western Maryland Health Systems. The neonatologist would work primarily at Western Regional Medical Center taking out-of-house-call. Responsibilities

  • The neonatologist would work primarily at Western Regional Medical Center which is Level II
  • Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel (12pm-12pm)
  • The hospital has an 8-bed, Level-II NICU with an average daily census of 4; 10 in the newborn nursery and approximately 985 deliveries per year
  • Coverage needed for the following dates: July 11-22; August 14-20; August 30-September 2; September 26-October 1

Qualifications

  • MD license or active IMLC required
  • Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
