Capital Health Medical Center–Hopewell is seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Neonatologist to join our well‑established team of seven physicians in beautiful Pennington, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity to practice high‑quality neonatal medicine in an award‑winning health system known for excellence, collaboration, and community.

  • 30‑bed Level III NICU with a regional perinatal center
  • Consistently strong census with an ADC of ~17
  • 4,000+ deliveries annually and 400+ NICU admissions
  • Flexible schedule including 24‑hour in‑house coverage and 10‑hour day shifts, with home call for overnight
  • Comprehensive advanced services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
  • Teaching opportunities with observational students, Family Practice residents, and a brand‑new OB/GYN residency launching in summer 2025
