• The role will primarily focus on inpatient coverage with some overlap in outpatient (clinic) responsibilities. The APP will work alongside 2 neurosurgeons and another APP to manage a combined inpatient census of 20–25 patients (shared among providers).* Round on neurosurgery inpatients* Perform patient assessments and documentation* Assist with care coordination and discharge planning* Provide support in clinic as needed* Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and clinical team
