Experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant | Inpatient | No Call | $20K Sign-On + $10K Relocation

TMC Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our inpatient Neurosurgery service at TMC Grant.

This benefits-eligible, 0.6 FTE position offers the opportunity to support a busy surgical service, strengthen continuity of care, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the Neurosurgery service line.

The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with a five-surgeon call group, a partner APP, hospitalists, nursing, case management, therapists, and other members of the inpatient care team.

• Two or three 10-hour shifts per week
• No call responsibilities

• Strong interdisciplinary care team environment
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• National certification as a Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible Arizona Physician Assistant license
• Previous Physician Assistant experience required
• Experience in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Acute Care, Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, or a related inpatient specialty preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital team
