Practice Opportunity: Urgent Care Occupational Health Physician

Inspira Medical Group is currently seeking to employ a full-time occupational medicine physician to provide coverage in Vineland NJ. This Occupational Medicine physician will be responsible for medical evaluation and management of the Inspira patients, pre-employment screenings, as well as workers compensation/injured workers evaluations

Interested candidates must be board-certified in either Family, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Physicians board-certified in occupational medicine are preferred

Candidates must possess a NJ license, NJ CDS, federal DEA certificates and active DOT certification.

Incoming full-time providers work three 12-hour shifts per week at one of the soon to be eight locations within Inspira's network. Each facility is open from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. The provider can expect to be scheduled for two weekend shifts per month. Occupational health (physicals, drug screenings, etc.) will be involved within the scope of certain locations.

Visits mostly consists of upper respiratory conditions, bladder issues, cuts, stomach virus, and suturing. Each provider must be willing to see patients of all ages.

QUALIFICATION:

A. Education: Medical degree from an accredited university required.

B. Experience: Post-residency required.

C. Certification/Licensure: Within six months the Physician shall obtain and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an acceptable alternative to BLS certification.
