    About the role: The Portland Clinic is seeking an experienced, board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine Physician to join our team. This role will focus on delivering comprehensive occupational health services to local businesses and their employees, with an emphasis on preventive care, injury management, and health promotion.

    As part of a supportive, integrated multi-specialty environment, you will collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and employers to ensure the best outcomes for patient health and workplace safety. Responsibilities include conducting pre-employment evaluations, managing work-related injuries, and consulting on workplace health policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care to workers with occupational injuries and illnesses.
    • Perform medical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
    • Conduct physical examinations, including drug/alcohol testing and DOT/OSHA-related exams when required.
    • Manage and document cases according to Concentra policies and state/federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure clinical operations align with The Portland Clinic standards
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff.

    Requirements

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
    • Board certification (ACOEM) in Occupational Medicine preferred.
    • Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain one).
    • Experience in occupational health, workers' compensation, and workplace safety.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Compensation Details

    $370K–$375K
