This unique position will provide patient care and be a partner to our employer contracts. You'll handle pre-employment and work-related physicals, as well as developing population health programs.

Job Details:

  • Patient focused support staff - dedicated MA and lab tech available
  • EPIC EMR

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience strongly preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills
  • Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program
  • Ability to obtain PA licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
  • Preferred certifications - will need to be obtained

  • Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
  • NIOSH
  • CAOHC

SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed hospital, which provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to Waupun and surrounding rural areas. The hospital was dedicated in 1951 as a tribute to veterans in both world wars and to serve the needs of the city of Waupun and its neighboring communities.
