City of Hope Medical Group Seeks a Medical Oncologist to Join Our Inland Empire Team
City of Hope provides Colton and its surrounding communities with oncologic care, including hematology and medical oncology. The Department of Medical Oncology and Therapeutics Research at City of Hope National Medical Center is seeking a full-time medical oncologist with experience in diagnosing and treating malignancies and hematology, to join our established practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
Join our nationally recognized team of medical, surgical, and radiation cancer specialists as we seek to hire a full time medical oncologist for our Colton Network site.
· Join 2 medical oncologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
· Effort allocation: 95% clinical
· Cover the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center In-Patient Service and Outpatient Oncology Clinic
Position Highlights:
· Generous salary and potential for sign-on bonus
o Base Salary: $400k *The salary listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.
- Paid Vacation, Personal, and Sick Time
- City of Hope adds 20% of salary to your retirement account (NOT a match—you don’t contribute a penny) each year; up to a maximum of $61,000
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by case basis

Qualifications:
· Experience of 1-3 years preferred. New graduates will also be reviewed.
· Candidate will do Medical Oncology, Benign Hematology, and Hematology/Oncology
· Academic record consistent with appointment at the Assistant Clinical Professor level at City of Hope National Medical Center
· The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license
· The selected candidate for the position must obtain within two years or already hold an ABIM board certification in both hematology and medical oncology
