Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with superior outcomes
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction preferred
• Performs primary hip and knee arthroplasty, including outpatient procedures
• Comfortable with minimally invasive and tissue-sparing surgical techniques
• Experienced or interested in same-day discharge and ASC-based surgery
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and motivated by production-based economics
• Strong communicator who excels in patient consultations and relationship-building
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional, high-touch patient experience
• Interested in building a long-term presence within a rapidly growing surgical platform
