Position Details:
- Opportunity to be the face of orthopedic surgery and grow this new service line within this multi-specialty group practice in an affluent Illinois community, affiliated with an award-winning health system
- Ability to do shoulders/elbows/upper extremities is required
- Lifestyle-friendly practice opportunity - tremendous autonomy, minimal call, and no trauma
- Brand-new MAKO robot, DaVinci 5, Epic EMR, and strong dedicated clinical and OR support
- Work alongside plastics, GI, general surgery, family medicine, podiatry, and more

Compensation and Benefits:
- $834K guaranteed annual compensation, plus wRVU, VBI, and APP collaboration bonuses
- $215K+ provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment
- Residency Stipend = $2000/month; Fellowship Stipend = $2500/month
