Partnership Track - Orthopedic Surgeon Position

SpineSearch is partnering with a well-established, physician-owned orthopedic practice in the Des Moines, Iowa area seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a comprehensive orthopedic practice with an established referral base, experienced clinical support, and access to a physician-owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

Position Highlights

• Salary starting at $450,000, plus productivity incentives
• Partnership track with potential ownership in the practice, ASC, imaging, and ancillary services
• Established referral network and immediate patient volume
• Collaborative team with experienced APPs and surgical support staff

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions, injuries, fractures, and sports-related disorders
• Perform general orthopedic surgeries and procedures
• Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Contribute to practice growth and community relationships

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for Iowa medical licensure and DEA registration
• General orthopedic surgery experience; fellowship training in a related specialty is a plus
• Interest in private practice and a long-term partnership opportunity
