Synergy Health Partners is recruiting experienced orthopedic surgeons to join our team at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility on Oregon’s central coast. Predictable rotations mean real time off—no relocation required. Consistent elective cases with total joint skills preferred.

• Work 7-10 days per month and enjoy uninterrupted time off
• Elective cases are included in this job opportunity
• Total joint skills are preferred
• Competitive per diem compensation
• Malpractice coverage is provided
• 1-2 years experience required
• Supportive and consistent teamwork environment
• Work with a company created by surgeons for surgeons
• Active OR medical license is a plus
