Bread and Butter ENT Locum Needed in IL

Start Date: July 1, 2024

Contract Length: 13 weeks (with option to extend)

Shift Details: 5 x 8

Schedule: Full-time; in clinic and OR (7a-4p, 8a-5p, etc.)

Work Details:

• Support Staff: MA, nursing, audiologists
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 5 x 8; Full-Time (will consider 1 week per month)
• Patient Population/Age: All ages
• Department Description: Otolaryngology (ENT)
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed Size: 210
• Skills Required: Bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc.) procedures

Practice Setting: Hospital Based Clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certification in Otolaryngology or Board Eligible with 5 years of training required
• State License Required: No, but State of IL License highly preferred
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Minimum Experience Required: N/A; Will take new graduates
