Job Summary:

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngology Physician to join a robust and well-established independent ENT practice connected to a large, highly respected multi-specialty healthcare system.

This opportunity offers physicians the ability to rapidly build a thriving practice while serving a broad regional patient population extending across a 150-mile radius. Physicians will benefit from strong referral support, advanced technology, collaborative specialty resources, and access to a state-of-the-art Comprehensive Cancer Center featuring proton beam therapy — one of only two proton therapy programs in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ENT care
• Collaborate with oncology, primary care, and specialty providers across the health system
• Build and grow a regional referral-based ENT practice
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EPIC EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care
• Interest in practice growth and regional outreach preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $465,000 – $517,024
• Two-year guaranteed salary
• Opportunity to exceed guaranteed compensation through productivity incentives, including during Year 1
• Sign-on bonus available
