Practice Overview

ADVENT is a physician-led, ENT-specialized practice redefining how ear, nose, and throat care is delivered. With a team of 19 physicians and 60+ advanced practice providers across six states, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the ModMed EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment.

Only 90 minutes from Chicago, less than an hour from Lake Michigan, 2.5 hours from Indianapolis and 3 hours from Detroit (all great weekend getaways)!

Position Highlights

• Full-time, outpatient-only position
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Minimal to no on-call (rare)
• No hospital or ER call
• No evenings
• Minimal to no Saturdays (rare)
• No Sundays
• Established, high-volume practice with over 20,000 patients served annually
• Collaborative team environment with strong APP support
• Immediate patient base
• Work top-of-license, focus on your patients

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $400,000, unlimited RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion (est avg $650k-$700k year 1)
• Relocation assistance available
• Signing bonus

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Indiana
• No visa sponsorship available
