The Mason City Clinic (MCC) in Mason City, Iowa has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join the ENT department. The Mason City Clinic is a multi-specialty physician-owned group.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join the team of 5 physicians

• 1:6 call expectation, with opportunity for excess call +$

• Operate with DaVinci Robot XI

• Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days

• Average 25 OR cases/month per provider; average 30-35 clinic visits/day

• Perform surgeries at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus

• Weekly outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network

Opportunity Details

• Salary: $478,150/year + production; $72,000 bonus package/year for 2 years
