Norton Children's ENT & Audiology, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, and a part of Norton Children's Medical Group, in Louisville, KY, is seeking is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist to join its dynamic growing program (brief job description attached).
The candidate will function as part of a team dedicated to meeting the needs of children through clinical care, research, education and advocacy. Norton Children’s ENT & Audiology offers collaborative, multidisciplinary care, including an Aerodigestive Disorders Clinic that coordinates with pediatric gastroenterology and pulmonology specialists.
About the Position
-Grow and expand relevant Norton Children’s multidisciplinary clinics, specifically the Aerodigestive Disorders Clinic
-Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care at high-tech facilities, including Norton Children’s Hospital and Novak Center for Children’s Health
-Academic position teaching residents and medical students within the UofL School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and Communicative Disorders
-Opportunities for career growth with guidance from experienced mentors
-Competitive salary and academic rank commensurate with experience
-For candidates coming out of fellowship, we offer up to $100,000 recruitment incentive, and as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) health care system, may allow candidates to qualify for federal student loan forgiveness
-For experienced candidates relocating into the market, we offer a retention bonus of up to $60,000
