Advocate Health is seeking two new or experienced specialists, a general Otolaryngologist and a Rhinologist. You will join our dynamic teams in Wisconsin and enjoy the full spectrum of cases and related procedures for both children and adults. The current positions are located in Burlington, and Milwaukee.
Highlights of the opportunities:
General Otolaryngology/Burlington: Primary location will be at our beautiful ambulatory day surgery center, Aurora Southern Lakes located in Burlington
- The Southern Lakes facility is just a few years old and has 5 ORs and 5 procedure rooms, diagnostic services and audiology are also on-site
- Hospital and clinic locations include Burlington and Elkhorn
- Excellent staff with MA and RN
- With many lakes for swimming, quiet rivers for paddling and a charming downtown area. Burlington offers a small-town atmosphere with big-city advantages. The community is located only a half hour from Milwaukee and less than 90 minutes from Chicago and Madison.

Rhinology/Milwaukee:
- We are seeking a full-time rhinologist to join the team at our quaternary care facility, Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.
- Located in Milwaukee, Aurora St. Luke’s is a 938-bed quaternary care hospital recognized for high-quality care and respected programs across specialties.
- The role includes the full spectrum of rhinology procedures, such as endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and nasal endoscopy, along with general ENT cases.
- The expected schedule is three clinic days and two OR block days per week.
- This robust practice offers a strong referral base, with current wait times of approximately one month to six weeks.
- Call is shared with other otolaryngology specialists on a 1:9 rotation.
- All necessary equipment is available, with audiology services on-site.
- The position offers a diverse patient population and excellent variety of cases.
- Milwaukee combines a welcoming hometown feel with year-round recreation and the amenities of a large city.
- The system Otolaryngology Division is comprised of physicians sub-specialized in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction, Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Neurotology, Laryngology, and Sleep Medicine and are always ready to provide support

Compensation Details
$545K
Please note there is an initial salary guarantee/floor with production if exceeded..
