Practice Overview ADVENT is a physician-led, ENT-specialized practice redefining how ear, nose, and throat care is delivered. With a team of 19 physicians and 93 advanced practice providers across six states, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the ModMed EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, outpatient-only position
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Established, high-volume practice with over 20,000 patients served annually
• Collaborative team environment with strong APP support
• Replacement position with immediate patient base

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $400,000, RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion
• Signing Bonus
• Relocation assistance available

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
• Must live in the market of practice location
