The Pediatric Gastroenterology Division of the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital at Geisinger Medical Center is seeking a full-time Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our team of six! Our collegial and congenial group is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to the children of the central and northeast regions of Pennsylvania.

 

Janet Weis Children’s Hospital is the tertiary care Pediatric Center for Geisinger.  Nationally recognized for its innovative approach to healthcare.  Janet Weis Children’s Hospital is one of only five ImproveCareNow centers in Pennsylvania

 

This exciting and challenging roll includes active engagement in teaching pediatric residents and medical students, as well as research opportunities.  Geisinger has an exciting intellectual environment highlighted by the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine (GCSCOM) in nearby Scranton, PA. GCSOM is a leader in innovative education, with a curriculum emphasizing active learning, longitudinal clinical experiences and community engagement.
