Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join its well-established Pediatrics practice in Petaluma, California. You will join a collegial team of six other physicians and two advanced practice practitioners across our Sonoma County Pediatric offices providing quality primary care for a diverse patient population. The Value of Working with Us

• Monday to Friday clinic schedule with occasional Saturday AM clinic (rotation approximately 5 Saturdays per year)
• Minimal after hour call requirements are supported by the nurse advice line
• Outpatient care only
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses
• Generous, multi-year sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Total cash compensation is between $260,406 and $283,406 per year
