    Door County Medical Center (DCMC) is currently looking to add a full-time Pediatrician to our highly rated team.

    About the Position:

    • Hours/Schedule: Full-time; 36 clinic hours per week.
    • Call: 1:3 rotation taken from home.
    • Clinic has total of two full-time pediatricians and fully staffed support team.
    • Patient Volume/Scope: 95% outpatient in an established practice. Clinical duties include nursery coverage for ~110 births/year, low-volume inpatient admissions, and ED consults.
    • Location(s): Door County, WI (Sturgeon Bay).
    • Support: Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with practice support; onsite Urgent Care, ER, Lab, Radiology, and Clinic services.

    Requirements:

    • Board Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
    • Licensure: MD or DO degree.
    • Unrestricted Wisconsin state license.
    • PALS and NRP certifications required.
