SpineSearch is partnering with a growing Spine & Pain Management practice seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management to join their multidisciplinary team in West Orange, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about non-operative spine care, interventional pain management, and helping patients restore function and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal, spine, and pain-related conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional restoration and pain reduction
  • Perform fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to:
    • Epidural steroid injections
    • Facet injections and medial branch blocks
    • Radiofrequency ablation
    • Sacroiliac joint injections
    • Peripheral joint injections
    • Spinal cord stimulation evaluations and management (preferred)
  • Collaborate closely with spine surgeons, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and referring providers
  • Interpret imaging studies and diagnostic findings to formulate treatment recommendations
  • Provide comprehensive patient education regarding treatment options, expectations, and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in practice growth initiatives and community outreach efforts as appropriate

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine required
  • Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain
  • Strong procedural skill set in spine and musculoskeletal interventions
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care
