Institutes of Health (IOH) is seeking a Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) to join our multidisciplinary team in Burbank, California. This is an opportunity to focus on functional recovery, chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and work-related injuries in a collaborative, outpatient setting.

• Competitive Compensation: $350,000–$400,000 annual base salary, plus a monthly census-based bonus

Provide comprehensive, rehabilitation-focused care for patients with chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, functional impairments, traumatic brain injuries, and occupational injuries. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes and support recovery.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Active, unrestricted California medical license required
• Outpatient and rehabilitation experience preferred
• Workers’ Compensation experience a plus
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
