Arlington Orthopedic Associates (AOA) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its established, physician-led orthopedic practice in Arlington, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a fellowship-trained physician to develop a comprehensive interventional pain practice within one of the largest and most respected orthopedic groups in North Texas.
The incoming physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, spine specialists, and advanced practice providers committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Physicians with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal conditions, image-guided procedures, and non-operative spine care will find significant opportunities for professional growth and long-term success.

The group consists of 28 physicians representing a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal specialties and continues to be recognized as a leader in orthopedic care throughout North Texas.
Compensation Details
$400K–$450K
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $400,000 to $450,000, commensurate with experience, fellowship training, and procedural expertise, along with a two-year income guarantee and transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Physicians have the opportunity to pursue partnership within the practice and acquire ownership interests in ancillary services and the Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington. A comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and additional practice growth opportunities are also available. Final compensation will be based on training, experience, qualifications, procedural volume, and market considerations.
