Psychiatry Medical Director of Community Health Center in Vermont

Highlights:
- Lead a team of 7 psychiatrists and APRNs across outpatient, residential, and crisis services
- Shape long-term strategy in partnership with executive leadership
- Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with state regulatory standards
- Collaborate with local healthcare systems and community stakeholders
- Consult on complex clinical cases and support crisis response teams

- Up to $300,000 fixed salary and $10,000 relocation

What We're Looking For:
- BE/BC Psychiatrist – Training in Child & Adolescent or Addiction preferred
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Central Vermont
