Psychiatry Medical Director of Vermont Community Health Center | Flexible Hours

We are welcoming a Medical Director to lead the agency's strategic vision for excellence in client care. Scope:
- Lead psychiatric programming, strategic planning, and service integration across divisions while ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Oversee a small team of psychiatrists and APRNs; provide consultation on complex cases and crisis services
- Manage psychiatric operations, staffing, budgets, and clinical protocols
- Represent the agency in state, healthcare system, and community partnerships to enhance psychiatric services and outcomes.

- Fixed salary up to $300,000

Qualifications:
- BE/BC Psychiatrist; or DNP with extensive behavioral health experience
