Vascular Surgeon | 4 Dedicated OR Days | Near Nashville, Tennessee

Join an established hospital employed vascular surgery program near Nashville with immediate procedural volume and dedicated vascular resources. This role offers four dedicated OR days each week, vascular only call, and multidisciplinary support within an established surgical practice.



Position Highlights

• Established Vascular Program: Join one full time vascular surgeon with two dedicated vascular operating rooms and a new outpatient clinic directly across from the hospital.
• Dedicated OR Schedule: Work Monday through Friday with four dedicated OR days and one clinic day each week.
• Vascular Only Call: Participate in a 1:2 call rotation covering a single facility with no general surgery call responsibilities.
• Multidisciplinary Support: Collaborate with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, 24/7 surgicalists, and an experienced vascular lab technical team.

Practice Details

• Approximately 30 clinic patients per day.
• Average 4 to 7 vascular surgical cases per OR day.

Compensation & Benefits

• $550,000 Year 1 guarantee plus RVU production.
• $55 per RVU after 10,000 RVUs and $65 per RVU at full production.
• Negotiable sign on bonus, relocation assistance, residency or fellowship stipend, and mortgage support.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
• Comfortable managing a high volume clinic and operative practice
• Interest in growing procedural volume within a hospital employed model
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary patient care
