• 11/23 7a - 12/4 7a

24 hour call

• Support Staff: APP during the day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 269
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• License Required: Active AZ license pr IMLC LOQ required to submit
• DEA: required
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe: emergency offered
