Augusta Urology Associates is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join a well-established, physician-led practice serving Augusta, Georgia, and surrounding communities. The practice is currently comprised of three Urologists and four Advanced Practice Providers, supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team. AUA is deeply rooted in the community and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered urologic care.

Position Highlights:

• Signing Bonus: $20,000
• Base Salary: $325,000 annually, plus percentage of profit
• Year 1 Compensation:
• $325,000 + 15% of profit (Net Collections – Overhead & Base Salary)
• Year 2 Compensation:
• $325,000 + 30% of profit (Net Collections – Overhead & Base Salary)
• Partnership Track: Eligible in Year 3
• Partner Compensation: Current partner earnings range from $1,000,000 – $1,100,000 annually
• Partnership Buy-In: $50,000 (returned upon retirement or departure)

Call Schedule:

• Hospital: Piedmont Healthcare – Augusta, GA
• Call:
• One in five weekdays
• One in five weekends

• Coverage up to $3,000,000 annually
• Life Insurance: $25,000 policy provided
