This state-of-the-art community hospital is ranked Top 10% in the nation for patient safety and is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to take over its established practice. Enjoy excellent quality of life for compensation above the 90th percentile.

Position Details:
- Established Urology practice at a Top 10% hospital in the U.S. and a newly renovated clinic conveniently attached to hospital with all the newest and latest equipment, including the DaVinci Xi
- Incredible work-life balance with a true 4-day work week 8:30am-4:30pm and extremely minimal call
- Opportunity to ramp up quickly - turnkey volume available and high volume of monthly referrals

Compensation and Benefits:
- $850k never-ending base salary plus production bonuses ($76.72/wRVU)
- $75k signing bonus plus monthly residency/fellowship stipend
