Exciting, turnkey opportunity with an established group with built-in referrals in bustling, metropolitan Baltimore! Be busy from day 1, taking over a large, established practice from a retired urologist.

Mercy Medical Center – Baltimore is seeking an urologist to join The Urology Specialists of Maryland at Mercy as a full-time employed physician. Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will:

• Join a group of 3, experienced physicians, replace a retired urologist, and take over a well-established practice.
• Work with hospital leadership to elevate clinical excellence and initiate new programs to advance patient care.
• Implement best-in-practice standards to distinguish Mercy’s urology center as one of the region’s premier programs.
• Clinical support staff include FOUR Physician Assistants.
• Take quiet, paid, 1:4 call covering ONE hospital with PA as 1st coverage on weekend.
• Opportunity to supplement income with investment in ancillary services including lithotripsy and a free-standing surgery center.

Requirements Qualifications of the ideal candidate: • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of urological disorders including benign and malignant diseases of the prostate, bladder and kidneys, • Advanced surgical training in minimally invasive surgery, as well as traditional open surgery desired
