Urologist – Join a Growing Multi-Site Practice

Job Highlights
We are seeking a full-time Urologist to provide comprehensive care to adult patients across multiple practice locations, including Paterson, Wayne, Saddle Brook, and Totowa. This role offers opportunities for clinical practice, teaching, and research.
The position includes a five-day workweek, rotation among practice sites, and call coverage of approximately 1:3–1:4.
- Provide outpatient and inpatient urologic care, including consultations and surgical services
- Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teams
- Participate in call coverage and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
- Support resident education as applicable

Compensation Details
$352K–$700K
St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
