    💰 Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive Salary: $300,000 – $400,000 + performance pay up to $15,000

    🕒 Work-Life Balance

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Call Coverage: First call to on-call resident; backup home call shared among 3 providers (rare to be called in)

    🔍 Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of:

    ✔ Urolithiasis

    ✔ Voiding dysfunction

    ✔ Prostate disorders

    ✔ Erectile dysfunction

    ✔ Urologic malignancies

    • Perform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, urodynamic studies

    • Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs

    • Supervise and teach residents and medical students

    • Maintain a caseload of 10–12 patients per day

    ✅ Qualifications

    • MD/DO degree

    • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology

    • U.S. Citizenship

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Commitment to patient safety and High-Reliability Organization principles

    • Comfortable supervising and teaching learners
