Job Summary:

Norton Heart & Vascular Institute, part of Norton Healthcare, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join its nationally recognized cardiovascular program in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a high-volume, collaborative vascular surgery team providing comprehensive care across one of the region's leading health systems.

You'll work alongside five fellowship-trained vascular surgeons and advanced practice providers while utilizing state-of-the-art technology to treat a wide spectrum of vascular disease. With a strong referral network, established patient base, and exceptional institutional support, this position offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice while enjoying excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with arterial and venous vascular disease
• Perform both open and endovascular vascular procedures
• Provide inpatient care across Norton Healthcare's four adult hospitals
• Participate in a 1:6 shared call schedule
• Collaborate with cardiology, neurology, radiology, and multidisciplinary specialists
• Evaluate patients in clinic across Louisville and outreach locations
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered vascular care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
• Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

• Practice across 4 adult-service hospitals
• Clinic access through 11 locations throughout the region
• Shared 1:6 call schedule
• Established multidisciplinary cardiovascular program

• $500,000 Base Salary + Production Model
