The Louis A Johnson Clarksburg VAMC is looking for a Vascular Surgeon to join our team. At the Clarksburg VA, our healthcare teams are deeply experienced and guided by the needs of veterans, their families, and caregivers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Open and endovascular AAA surgical repair.
• Dialysis access procedures.
• Diagnostic and Interventional angiography including mesenteric and peripheral vascular.
• Lower extremity bypass.
• Open and endovascular carotid surgery.
• Supervision/teaching of surgical residents.
• Providing consultation in an outpatient clinic setting and on inpatient wards.
• Be responsible for initial evaluation and overall workups, history and physicals, and admission of vascular surgery patients as needed.
• Participation in committees.

Excellent work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm ; however, subject to change, depending on the needs of the service/medical center. On-call responsibilities as required.
