    TMC Health, Tucson’s only non-profit, community-based health system, is seeking a Program Coordinator to launch and oversee our new Geriatric Program. We are looking for a seasoned CNS, ACNP, or RN with inpatient experience, a strong background in geriatric care, and a proven track record of developing and managing programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess Needs and Resources
    • Define Program Goals and Scope
    • Develop Multidisciplinary Team
    • Create Standardized Protocols and Pathways
    • Provide Education and Training to Staff and Providers
    • Monitor, Evaluate, and Refine Program
    • Ensure Sustainability

    Qualifications:

    • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher degree.
    • Strong background in geriatric care and coordination.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
    • Experience in developing and implementing protocols and training programs.
    • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality care.
    • Empathy and patience.
