AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented fellowship-trained Hematologist-Oncologist to join our expanding oncology program in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain Region. This physician will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our oncology service line while managing a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Practice Highlights
- Established oncology group with experienced physicians and strong referral base
- Access to clinical trials, including Phase I studies
- Multidisciplinary cancer care team including:
- Nurse navigators
- Oncology pharmacy
- Social workers
- Palliative care specialists
- Surgical and radiation oncology
- Chaplain services
- Weekly tumor boards and multidisciplinary case review
- Accredited programs through:
- NAPBC (National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers)
- Commission on Cancer (INCP)
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Eligible for active Colorado medical license
- Current DEA licensure
- Strong commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work closely with specialists and clinical support teams

- Guaranteed Base Salary: $550,000 – $610,000 Base + Productivity
- 4-day clinical schedule with 1 administrative day
- See approximately 15–20 patients per day
