Hematologist Oncologist – Established Cancer Program | Denver Metro

Annual Compensation: Base $550,000 – $610,000 + Productivity

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented fellowship-trained Hematologist-Oncologist to join our expanding oncology program in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain Region. This physician will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our oncology service line while managing a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Practice Highlights

• Established oncology group with experienced physicians and strong referral base
• Access to clinical trials, including Phase I studies
• Multidisciplinary cancer care team including:
• Nurse navigators
• Oncology pharmacy
• Social workers
• Palliative care specialists
• Surgical and radiation oncology
• Chaplain services
• Weekly tumor boards and multidisciplinary case review
• Accredited programs through:
• NAPBC (National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers)
• Commission on Cancer (INCP)

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for active Colorado medical license
• Current DEA licensure
• Strong commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work closely with specialists and clinical support teams

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $550,000 – $610,000 Base + Productivity
• 4-day clinical schedule with 1 administrative day
• See approximately 15–20 patients per day
