Position: Locum Tenens Hematology/Oncology Physician Location: Minot, North Dakota Pay Rate: $530/hr Setting: Outpatient (Hem/Onc mix 50/50) Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday EMR: Cerner (transitioning to Epic/Beacon in Oct 2026) Travel/Lodging: Fully covered Telehealth: Not available

Initial dates + one week per month ongoing:

• Dec 22–26
• Jan 26–30
• Feb 23–27
• Mar 30–Apr 3
• Apr 27–May 1

Ongoing: One week per month after the above dates.

• Patient Volume:
• ~16 clinic patients/day
• ~30 infusions/day
• Call: Not required
• Optional: 1 weekend per month (ideally the weekend before or after assigned week)
• Support Staff:
• Full-time Med/Hem Oncologist
• Full-time Med/Hem NP
• Two full-time Rad Onc physicians
• No special credentialing requirements
• Open to long-term or ongoing locum providers
